Muitos jovens pastores entram no minist\u00e9rio cheios de paix\u00e3o, dispostos a servir incansavelmente, mas logo percebem que a falta de comunh\u00e3o com Deus e de planejamento pode transformar a voca\u00e7\u00e3o em um fardo. Muitos pastores enfrentam esgotamento porque se envolvem em um ciclo intermin\u00e1vel de urg\u00eancias. Sem um planejamento eficiente, a rotina se torna reativa e desgastante.\u00a0 Igrejas que priorizam a comunh\u00e3o com Deus e planejam a partir de processos conseguem crescer sem esgotar seus l\u00edderes. <\/span><b>&#8220;Com sabedoria se constroi a casa, e com discernimento se consolida.&#8221; <\/b>(Prov\u00e9rbios 24:3-4)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A chave para um minist\u00e9rio saud\u00e1vel n\u00e3o est\u00e1 em fazer mais, mas em fazer <\/span><b>o essencial com excel\u00eancia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A solu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas tentar equilibrar tarefas, mas <\/span><b>mudar h\u00e1bitos e redefinir prioridades:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Priorize a comunh\u00e3o com Deus.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sem isso, qualquer planejamento ser\u00e1 vazio. At\u00e9 Jesus, mesmo profundamente atarefado, separava tempo para estar a s\u00f3s com o Pai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Identifique o que realmente gera frutos e o que apenas desgasta.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Nem tudo o que parece urgente \u00e9 realmente importante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Crie uma rotina pastoral equilibrada. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o se deixe levar pelo ativismo sem prop\u00f3sito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;O que repetimos diariamente molda o que amamos e, em \u00faltima inst\u00e2ncia, quem nos tornamos.&#8221;<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tish Harrison Warren.
